Anyway, gonna get off my unmotivated ass and go to the seaside today.

Yesterday on the news they announced that if a person just sits around all day at their job or their hobby and doesn't get anymore exercise other than walking to their car at the end of the day then their chances of getting breast cancer or colon cancer go up. Great!!! I'm doomed.
