Here's the Pork Curry I cooked slowly for 8 hours. I'm really glad I had a nightmare last night - that Obama won again - because it woke me up so that I could turn the crockpot off, else it would have been cooking for about 14 hours. It tastes better than it looks and tonight I'm going to add some more tomatoes, thin it out a bit, some frozen vegetables from China (sod the Cesium-enhanced on offer) and coconut milk.
I cancelled going to Kazuyo's after school because I'll be tired and I'm being militant about the hubby issue.
